Kaiei-yu is a renovated neighborhood sento (public bath, not a natural hot spring) near Minowa Station with a strong carbonated bath, silky bath, jet bath, auto-löyly sauna and cold plunge; tattoos are stated to be prohibited and the outdoor bath exists only on the men's side.
