How to reach us

Right Onsen is a small project. The fastest way to change something on the site is the correction form: it names the bath for us and goes straight into the queue.

Something wrong on a bath page

Use the form at the bottom of that bath's page, or the site-wide form. Tell us which bath and what is different. Corrections are read before anything changes, and a single report tells us where to look rather than becoming a fact on its own.

Do you run a bath?

We do not take payment for listings and we do not remove baths on request. We do correct facts. If your policy on tattoos, day visitors or prices is stated on your website or at the door, send us the link or a photo of the sign through the form below and we will cite it as the source, above the visitor reports.
