The sauna is CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE: three reviewers (Sep 2024 to Oct 2025) report it suspended, one adding it is being used as a storage room. Earlier reviews (2018-2023) describe it as operational — a tiny roughly 2-person, ~90 degree C sauna, free per two reviewers, though the Sep 2024 reviewer was told the surcharge was 100 yen.
