A strongly alkaline 'bijin-no-yu' famous for its slippery feel: one reviewer cites pH 9.8, one calls it a hypotonic alkaline simple spring, and at least seven others describe the water as toro-toro/nuru-nuru (slippery). On odor, one reviewer reports a faint sweet sulfur-like scent while another calls it colorless and odorless. One repeat visitor says it is the best water quality in the area; another found the slipperiness weak right at opening on New Year's Day, returning after about 90 minutes of soaking.

Full lineup on the men's side: indoor bath (with a jacuzzi corner per one reviewer), sauna, cold plunge, and two outdoor baths — a hotter roofed one and a larger, distinctly lukewarm one that one reviewer estimates around 38°C and several enjoy for long soaks. The cold bath is properly cold per one reviewer; one overnight guest measured the sauna at 80°C and found it slow to induce sweat; another notes almost no rest space for sauna users.
